Two Kansas City Chiefs Players Placed on COVID-19 List After Getting Shape Up From Barber

As the Superbowl bout between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers approaches, two Chiefs players were placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday after trying to get a shape up from a barber.

According to NFL.com, wide receiver Demarcus Robinson and center Daniel Kilgore came in close contact with a barber who tested posted for the virus. Although both players wore masks during the encounter, the proximity to an infected person forces the Chiefs to place the players on the reserve/COVID-19 list due to “high-risk close contact.”
