Trey Songz is being sued for allegedly attacking a female fan, TMZ reports.
The unidentified woman says she paid for a VIP meet and greet with the singer at Philadelphia’s Vanity Grand Cabaret strip club. She says the singer was “hostile and disrespectful” to her and fellow attendees the entire night.
In documents obtained by the outlet, the woman says Trey got violent after she attempted to take a photo with him in the parking lot. She says the “Bottoms Up” singer smacked her phone into her face causing her to glasses to break.
The woman is reportedly suing the venue as well, stating the establishment was aware of his history of “violence and negative interaction”
Back in August, Trey copped a plea in his felony assault case in Detroit stemming from an incident where he became upset after authorities said his concert needed to end. Trey was seen on video throwing both microphones and speakers off the stage, assaulting a police officer in the matter.
The woman is suing for up to $50,000.
