Zab Judah has spent nearly two decades beating up opponents in the ring, but now the former world champion is taking on a different fight—assisting elder patients with dementia while helping teach a nursing class.
The four-time world champ works at Excelling Nursing Academy in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he recently graduated the nurse’s assistance class and is now teaching a class of students studying to get CPR certified and First-Aid trained.
Zab works mostly with people with dementia and Alzheimer, TMZ Sports reports. He does everything from catheters to taking vitals and has become a favorite of patients, staffs, and students.
“To touch another’s life brings out the true Champ in me!” He wrote on Instagram. “I have grown to humble myself and in return it’s appreciated by our students. Congrats students you all are my Champs!
