BREAKING: UCLA Players Accused of Shoplifting In China Are Coming Home

The three UCLA basketball players who were accused of shoplifting in China are headed back to the United States, according to the Wall Street Journal.

LiAngelo Ball, Jalen Hill, and Cody Riley were reportedly seen boarding a flight to Los Angeles at Shanghai’s Pudong International Airport on Tuesday. The players had been instructed to remain at their hotel after being accused of stealing a pair of sunglass from a Louis Vuitton store.

As we previously reported, President Trump called on Chinese President Xi Jinping to help resolve the situation.

“He was terrific, and they’re working on it right now,” Trump said of Xi aboard Air Force One as he traveled to Hawaii earlier on Tuesday. “And hopefully everything is going to work out. And I know they’re very grateful because they were told exactly what happened.”
