Are you ready for a serious case of nostalgia?
The iconic Tamagotchi toy from the 1990s is expected to hit retailers once again in November.
According to an announcement posted on the Tamagotchi friends website, the Bandai pioneered digital pet will be available in limited quantites on November 5th.
The new version of the device is slightly smaller than original, nevertheless, it’s still pretty much the same. The screen still lacks a backlight, the three control buttons at the bottom perform the same basic functions and the static 8-bit greyscale graphics are intact, reports Polygon.
The Tamagotchi was originally released in Japan in 1996 before conquering the rest of the world a year later.
It will be available in six bold color schemes and retail at $14.99.
