Lonzo Ball Who? Nas’ Manager Claims the Rapper has Never Heard of “Oatmeal Face”

Los Angles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball is causing a lot of chatter on social media with comments he made during the most recent episode of Ball In The Family.

The 19-year-old said what many 19-year-olds probably believe when he referred to the Migos and Future as “real hip-hop,” and no one listens to Nas anymore because he’s “outdated.”

As you might expect, Ball received backlash from all angles of the music industry including Nas’ music manager Anthony Saleh, who ironically oversees management for Future as well.

Saleh caught the news and tweeted a hilarious post saying, “Nas has never heard of you & Future thanks you for your support.” He then added, “That Oatmeal face nigga thinks he can gain off my guys name before winning a game. I don’t care what team you play for. Family first.”

This isn’t the first time Lonzo has made headlines with his opinion of “real hip-hop.” Back in July, he claimed on his Twitter that he liked 21 Savage’s Issa Album more than JAY-Z’s 4:44.

It’s understandable that Lonzo’s idea of Hip-Hop would be quite different since he was born three years after Illmatic dropped, but the question is— was he intentionally being disrespectful in making such a claim?
