‘NBA Playgrounds’ Resurrects the Tradition of NBA Street/NBA Jam

Saber Interactive has announced a new arcade style basketball game titled NBA Playgrounds created to keep the tradition of NBA Street/NBA Jam alive. Equipped with an official NBA License, the debut trailer showcases Allen Iverson having a duel with Steph Curry and George Hill in the opening sequences.

According to IGN, the game will reportedly feature a large roster of high-profile players, both active and retired. Our recommendation would be to purchase for the Nintendo Switch, but it will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It can also be played solo or in multiplayer mode, either offline or online.

NBA Playgrounds will release in May 2017 for $20.
