Earlier this month, LSU running back Leonard Fournette announced that he would forgo his senior season and enter the NFL draft, where he’s likely to be selected in the top 10. Fournette later told media that he would not play in the team’s bowl game against Louisville as he continues to rehab his ankle injury.
On Monday, Fournette made things official when he signed with an agency, putting an end to his college eligibility. Fournette signed with Ari Nissim and RocNation, an agency founded by rapper Jay Z.
Some other notable clients for the agency include Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant and boxer Miguel Cotto.
Fournette finished his college career with the fourth-most rushing yards at LSU: 3,830 yards, just 727 yards behind record-holder Kevin Faulk.
